Job Vacancy: Administration Manager
The New Zealand Commerce and Industry Office (NZCIO) is seeking an Administration Manager. The role covers human resources, finance, property, and procurement, and includes managing two positions as part of a wider team of locally employed staff.
The position requires:
- A relevant qualification and experience of office administration
- Well-developed planning and organisational skills, a strong focus on delivery, and high standards for accuracy and timeliness
- Experience in human resource and financial management
- The ability to lead a small team autonomously within guidelines, including mentoring and developing staff
- Demonstrated ability to work within a wider team and maintain effective relationships with managers, service providers and stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Competence in the Microsoft Office products
- - Life experience in New Zealand would be an advantage.
